Year End Sale at the MaCallen Building

The first green building of Boston, The MaCallen Building, is starting a huge campaign trying to unload new units. The development team discounted numerous units up to $250,000 for the moth of December only. On top of that, buyers who sign a Purchase and Sale Agreement before December 31st and Close before March 1st will receive a brand new Toyota Camry Hybrid.

    This is kind of crazy dont you think? I am kind of sick of the gimics. Lower the prices to where they can be or what you can afford to sell if you really need o accelerate sales volume!
