		<description>Yes it does... if you were behind payments your credit score dropped; today it&#039;s very hard to get a loan with bad credit.

My advice to you would be to make sure you pay all of your payments on time, keep your debt to credit ratio low and avoid opening new credit cards - this way, you&#039;ll improve you credit faster and you&#039;ll be able to Refi sooner than later.
