Zero Marlborough, what used to be an Emerson College dormitory, is setting a whole new level of luxury real estate in Boston. Recently this year, the building sold it’s penthouse unit for a whopping $8.5 Million. Other units in the building were reserved for $4.8M, $2.46M, $2.45M and $1.8M for units 8, 3A, 2A and 3M accordingly.
