About Brendan Cavanaugh

Brendan Cavanaugh is a talented and enthusiastic sales agent with an extensive background in insurance, marketing and real estate sales. Brendan graduated from Merrimack College with a degree in Marketing and worked in insurance before making the switch to real estate when he bought his first house at 23 years old. Later he took a job in his home town of Doylestown Pennsylvania with Kurfiss | Sotheby’s International Realty before moving back to Boston. Brendan is an avid world traveler having spent time in Europe, South America, and Asia building a network of business relationships. Having spent many summers in Marblehead with his aunt, a real estate agent of 20 years, he grew to learn and appreciate how knowledge, organization, and integrity are important to every real estate transaction. In his free time he an avid sailor, scuba diver, enjoys skiing, golfing and playing tennis.
